New network access MyCloud?

I moved my home and thus have all new network information. I also have never used the new MyCloud system, but have an existing account.

When I try to log in, it says “sorry, server is offline, please try again later”

I will try again later, but wondering if this is in part becasue of my new networking environment?

MyCloud mounts fine
