Hi, I am a first time user of an external drive. I purchased this unit with the hope that I could decompress my hard drive. It seems that it automatically saves all of my photos and such, but I am concerned that now I have 2 copies, which is fine, but is it possible to now delete some files from my hard drive to make space, or did I buy the wrong thing? Thanks for any help!
You always want at least 2 copies of important data.
