New My Book not working properly?

I just got a brand new external MY BOOK 6 TB. I plugged it in to power, plugged it into my USB 3.0 port on the back of my PC it appears in device manager and in WD discovery as “My Book” but it doesn’t appear in storage or anything See attached screenshots Screenshot_1 Screenshot_3

You should check after reformatting the My Book in compatible file format.
