New ISP now Cloud access won't connect

I switched ISPs two days ago and now my drive will not connect remotely. It has been stuck in the “Trying to establish a remote access connection…” for a few days, and nothing has changed. Is this normal? This never happened to me before and I’ve had the drive for a few years now. I tried port forwarding but no luck. Thank you.

Check your account on your ISP to see if they have any firewall or filtering turned on by default. Some offer such a service.
