Just bought a 6 Tb WD gold internal HDD which won’t show up in bios but works via external enclosure. Tried multiple cables, SATA ports, power cables, new power supply, updating bios. My other SSD and 1 TB internal HDD work perfectly. Tried another new 6 TB WD hard drive which didn’t work either. Grateful for any ideas, thanks.
Are you getting same issue when connect this hard drive in another computer?
Unfortunately, I don’t have another desktop to try it on.
