New Firmware Won't Install, Error 370006

I received a notice that there was new firmware for my 3TB My Cloud. Since I can’t get Safepoint to work (like many people), I decided to upgrade to see if there was any improvement.  The install got to 90% and issued a failure notice listing error 370006.

I can no longer access the Dashboard.

Now I received an email from the NAS saying the upgrade was successful.  I really wish WD would get their act together on firmware.

And can you now also access the Dashboard?
