I updated to new firmware. It went to 100% then it said it needed a restart. Then, WD Logo screen showed up and then it didnt show that regular screen but it said “No Signal”. I check that all my wires are connected
Are you connected via a HDMI cable? It may be that the HDMI is being set up to a resolution that is not supported by your TV. Connect via a composite cable and set the HDMI manually to a resolution that your TV supports.
I assume you did wait for at least a minute because that how long it could take to go from the first logo, no signal and the second logo.
