New firmware on USB drive not recognized at boot up

Currently running 1.06.42 on my WD TV Live Plus and trying to update to 1.06.43. I have the .bin, .fff and .ver files sitting in the root of 16GB thumb drive in USB2 jack. It boots up and I see no icon to update firmware. I can play music off the same thumb drive so it sees the drive fine. Any help appreciated.

Thanks, but when I go to that link to ask for assistance, the media player product category is not listed and I don’t see any way to submit my question???
