New drive not accessible

I’ve recently put a new HDD in my PC at home and connot seem to make it visible/accessible on the WD TV. I’m running Windows 7 and have enabled sharing with read/write permissions for the drive and the folders I’m interested in streaming from. I cannot seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong!?!?

From the same PC, issue the command

net view [ip address of PC] and see if your folders are listed there.
