Got new drives for a My Cloud EX2 (OS3) to use for a local NAS and being prompted to set RAID configure. When I select RAID 1 and NEXT it seems to get lost and does not complete the configuration. Any ideas would be appreciated.

No Case was filed. Turned out that Drive 2 failed during RAID configuration. Replaced “DOA” drive with another WD Red Plus drive and RAID configuration / setup went smoothly.
