Never purchased WD Hard disk by perchance

hi, I purchased one Hard disk "My Passport Ultra (WD Backup), since beginning it was not detecting in my PC, I chose for replacement, and got new one, alas after 4-5 months same conditions prevailed.
second time I was so unfortunate, because my some data has been lost forever.
And now I want to contact customer care but not able to connect now, how terrible this for me
