I am having a problem with the live hub’s netowork speed. I often watch video from the Hub with my PC and sometimes the speed drops so low that a video is unwatchable. The only thing that temporarily resolves the problem is to unplug the ethernet cable from the hub and plug it back in. Restarting the hub and the router doesn’t seem to help. I also don’t have any network speed issues between my other computers.
Also, if i do a factory reset on the hub from the GUI will that delete the files i put on the hard drive?
