Created a network share to the wd my cloud on my personal and office laptop. once in a every couple of days i get a error saying
“An error occurred while re connecting to \wdmycloud<share name> Microsoft Windows Network: The local device name is already in use. The connection has not been restored.”
I get this error on the three computers, the issue gets resolved when i restart the wd my cloud from the dash borad. i dont see any errors on the wd my cloud logs. Not sure if i should drop off the DHCP and cofig a static ip address. I am able to ping the cloud when this issue happens. Let me know if this is a know issue and how to resolve it, Thanks.
