It would appear that the version of the firmware 1.07.02 does not support smb1.0, which was deprecated with the last few windows 10 updates. Is Western Digital going to release an update that supports smb2.02?
Mostly SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support has been disabled on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update version 1709 and higher. So you can check after the enable of SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support on Windows 10. You can refer below link for further details:
