I cannot acces files - “wrong network password” message appears. Probably i did forget it. How to overcome this problem ??? I can still see all information from iphone but cannot access the files from the laptop.

Hi and welcome to the WD community.
You can check on the dashboard and make the share public and then also check if the password you setup is correct or you can change it for your specific user.

For a network user name and password check your router and see what it is showing.
Are you being ask for a network or My Cloud UN and PW.
