Hi

I can’t see my files , I have gotten the message “Conexion fail” , the comuter (IMAC) has internet signal works fine, I changed the Ethernet wire, I reseted four five times , the network mode is DHCP, so, any ideas?, thanks for you comments

Who is your Internet Service Provider? Have you checked with them to see if they are having a problem? What type of Modem/Router do you have and what is the status?

Is your connection a static/reserved connection?

I’m live in México City, the provider is IZZI, all my devices TV, Cell phone, computer works fine with the WIFI

I haven’t moved or changed anything, I don’t see any errors on the modem
