Network link down

Hi,
I’m unable to discover my PR2100 through WD My Discovery. I can see the device through my router management page, but the WD management page gives a Network link down error. I would like the drives to show up in Windows explorer, but it’s been a while since I bought it and I don’t remember if I ever mapped the drives or if it’s even possible.
