Network error after every setting's modification

Hello there!

I need help with this WD MyCloud, which I reseted and now is a nightmare.  Everytime I try to make a change in the settings, it is giving me the following message (or something else very smilar)

Unable to retrieve data. Make sure there are no network connectivity issues and try again. (200005)

 I googled a couple of time, nothing to be found…

Hello, 

Make sure the routers firewall rules are properly set.

It’s possible that due to a firewall setting the unit is not transmitting all the information.

Have you tried performing a 4 seconds reset?

See page 119 on how to reset the unit properly.
