Hi, when i login now I get 'request to login with my network credentials
I dont know where to find these. I am running Windows 10

A couple of things to try, first try your router User Name and Password. If that does not work try your network User Name and Password. Example, say mine is UN: Fireman9316 PW: HoseandLadder for both 2.4 and 5 GHz channels.
