Netflix will work in Brazil with US WD TV Live (WDBHG70000NBK)?

I’m planning to visit United States and I’m thinking about to buy a WDTV Live, mostly to watch Netflix.

Some people say that if I buy in US I’ll not be able to access Netflix in Brazil when I return. Someone can answer that? I’m thinking about this model: WDBHG70000NBK.

My other question is about access videos through my WiFi network. With WDTV Live I want to buy an Linksys EA-Series EA3500 Dual-Band N750 or Netgear N750 Wireless Dual-Band and an external HD. Connecting this external hard drive to one of this routers I’ll be able to access my videos using WDTV Live?

I think that will be almost impossible to find this particular model in United States. WDTV Live in Brazil costs R$ 440,00 (US $ 226 !!!).

I’m going to US so I think about to pay less than half price but, if Netflix will not work I’ll buy a Apple TV instead.
