I have this unit so that I can watch Netflix and it is not even an application available. Serial #[Deleted]

That’s right … the New 2014 WDTV Media Player does not support Netflix

Should’ve done your homework before purchasing.

For 3 yearsI had a WD Media Player which supported Netflix. Recently it died, so I bought another one. This new one does not support Netflix. This is DUMB. Why would WD eliminate the top system?
No more WD products for me.

I had exactly the same experience and returned that useless WD player and got my money back. BTW, the folks at Netflix did not know it was not available on the WD player (or else they were just trifling with me).
