Netflix in Ireland

Hi all,

my apologies if this has been covered already. I am in Ireland and have a netflix account alas I dont seem to have netflix as an installed app on my tv live hub?

is this a known issue. how do i go about installing this in ireland or is it simply not available?

It’s not an issue; per se – It’s not available and never was intended to be.

Consult the ONLINE SERVICES tab here:

http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=570

and you’ll see that NetFlix is not listed under your region.

As far as we are aware the hub can only get north american netflix. This is a technical thing that cannot be overcome by a firmware update.
