WD drives are now becoming SATA III and 6Gbps speed based. There are details to use jumpers to change settings (PUIS and 3Gbps) but there is no reference on how / where to get these jumpers. WD drives are usually sent as “bare drives.”
Well, you can get these jumper shunts in any computer shop… Since jumpers are not required to use the drive effectively, Why should they be included? Hahahaha, was just IMO… And also, they might cost $0.5 or less who knows!.
