I have the My Passport ULTRA. Can I use the Passport to store (backup) movies I have on my Itunes and be able to play the movies back on any other computer or Ipad?
Hi yes you would just select that drive and the movies would play on a windows PC or ipad just like it was on a normal hard drive. That is of course if itunes does not make a special format for the movies to play on a Mac os. I am just saying this because itunes uses a AACs format for mp3’s. But if the movies are avi they should play OK.
