Need help recovering deleted files

Hi

Please help! I need to recover files that we deleted in error from my 3TB MyBookLive. Have tried to use Recuva and Easeus but neither will see a network drive. There must be some way to recover the files.

As a recommendation, look for a data recovery software that works with network drives to see if you can get your files.

Thank you for the reply, but can you suggest a recover program that would work on networked hardrives?

Remove the drive from the enclosure, put it in a USB enclosure. Attach it to your PC via USB and then you can use the recovery software you mentioned.
