N900 open ports issue

Hi. We have a N900 router. I am trying to open a port for a remote backup application. However following the directions provided by support is does not help.

It looks to be a simple process but the port is not open. The ISP modem is fully bridged, so there is no other firewall on it. Anyone else have this issue and if so how did you fix please? thank you.
