Recently purchased a MyPassport SSD 1TB w/USB-C for my MacBook Pro. The device keeps disconnecting from my MacBook.
MacBook is running latest Catalina 10.15.7.
Any suggestions on how to fix this disconnection issue? The device is fairly useless if it continues to disconnect without me actually wanting to disconnect.
