My WD MyPassport 4TB drive was working just fine up until 2/7/24. That was the date of the last successful backup. I have not been able to run a backup since then. I ran a status check - OK, scanned the drive - OK. I have repeatedly tried to manually run a backup - unsuccessful (the only notification is “backup started” but apparently never completed since the date of the last backup remains 2/7/24). Plenty of space on the drive. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve the problem??
