MyNet N900 Remote Access and My Cloud - Connection Failed

Trying to enable Cloud / Remote Access.  Always comes back with Connection Status:  FAILED under the WD 2go Setup screen.

I can’t get thru the Mobile Access or Web Access setup screens because of this root problem.  Router has current 1.07.16 firmware.

Everything else on the router appears to work OK – Internet connection, storage, etc.  Any ideas?

Have you tried resetting the devices?

You can try a physical reset, press and hold the reset button on the back of the unit for four seconds.
