Hi all, I am experiencing the issue that I only see the “Western Digital text/logo” when trying to cast photo’s/video’s from MyCloud mirror to Chromecast via Android’s “My Cloud app”. Any idea how I can fix this? I am only trying to cast simple JPG’s and MP4’s. Tx. all for your help! Rob
You may need to use another app as you are getting the Western Digital logo when trying to cast videos or music using My Cloud Mobile app. Sometimes you may not get options to select application to cast screen, so need to reset all app preferences from Applications Settings in mobile phone to get this option.
