MyCloudHome is permanent offline

My MyCloudHome 4TB is permanent offline. It started all like expected, ran for 1 Day now it’s not connecting and anymore. I’m permanent offline and can’t even delete my stored data anymore. I don’t want to return my personal data to Service or warrenty. What should I do?
