MYCloudEX4 no longer showing as network device

I’ve been using a MYCloudEX4 for backup and extra storage on my network for some time. Recently the device has stopped showing up in the ‘Network’ category of File Explorer. I can still map to separate shares on the device but the device no longer appears in the network browser. I’m using Windows 10.

You may have better luck in the dedicated EX4 subforum where users may be more experienced with that device. This subforum (My Cloud) generally gravitates towards discussing the single bay/single drive My Cloud units.
