MyCloudEX2Ultra 2 faulty drives after 2 month usage

Hello,

I bought a MyCloudEX2Ultra with 2x4TB and i use it now for ~8 weeks. But the lights on the outside switched to red and so i checked the status of my drives. Both S.M.A.R.T values were all deep in the red area and it seems both drives are in a bad condition.
The S.M.A.R.T values after 4 weeks of usage were fine. The 2Ultra has not been moved.

I mean i could replace the drives. But its all pretty new and it is really strange that both drives got way worse in such a short and same time.

I think this is a case for the support and replacement. Or is it some kind of softwarebug?

Were the NAS and the drives new?

Yes, or at least it seems like it, as everything was sealed as i would expect it.

So, warranty replacement?
