I tried to access via GO/Connect to Server in Finder. But I can not seem to be able to connect as admin, or as a regular WDMyCloud User. It only allows as Guest.
I reset ‘admin’ password on WDMyCloud - that didn’t change anything. I can access Dashboard with WDMyCloud username and password, but cannot connect to server in Finder other than as Guest!
Any ideas?
Besides Guest, connect as a Registered User or using Apple ID should also be an option.
If these are not present, I recommend you contact WD Support for assistance.
