I can see the device in offline. The LED is on breathing rhythm. The ethernet connection is obviously working. Can’t use and can’t working with data 
I’ve been having the same problem for several hours now. The Plex server is working but for some reason the network is showing it as offline, despite it very clearly being online. I’ve rebooted my router, rebooted the drive, tried a soft and hard reset… it seems the only thing left to me now is a factory settings restoration, which will see me lose a great deal of data.
This item is only about 6 weeks old. Surely there’s some way of regaining access?
