Mycloud mirror gen 2


I have a Mycloud mirror gen2.
I can’t acces my cloud.
I get the default screen indicating that it probably does not have internet access or frimewere is not up to date.
But I checkt it a few days a go and then there was no problem. Also my cloud is on the same network as my computer. Also my device real hard working on the moment…

What is the problem and what can I do?
