MyCloud keep losing internet connection

All of sudden, without changing anything, I was not able to access MyCloud. When I got home, logged in, it shows no internet connection. so I did set up router giving specific IP, set myCloud with static IP and had it show internet connection and I did verify that it was working.

Next morning, it lost connection again.

What could be the possible casue for this? Is there stet by step how to set this up with netgear router?

Sounds like a UPNP/port forwarding issue.
