my cloud home device was working fine for almost like 7 month but today after a change in my account password on mycloud website i could not reach my device any more. i mean the password change was done successfully but now the device light is slowly breathing and i cannot get to my files. on my laptop it is marked offline

i tried them all , i live in iran, i asked my retailer and they were facing the same problem with their other customers , is it anyway to set VPN on mycloud home or some how get connected with it without internet connection?
I live in Iran and I have the same problem. it seem it’s about internet restriction or sanctions! I still couldn’t find any way to access my device via mycloud.com or android app. if you found any solution, I would appreciate telling me.
Same thing happened to me. I tried all possible ways i found in wd community. Still slow breathing and cant connect to mycloud home.
