yesterday, after I moved a file between 2 folders, my My Cloud stopped to work.
the NAS got a red light and it is impossibile to restart.
currently, as suggested by the support, I removed the HDD WD red, I connected it via SATA cable to my Mac and I am trying extFs for Mac to recover the file but it is not able to access the HDD.
Using testdisk I receive a message of Permission denied
If i go with Sudo I received an error 0:

The front LED on My Cloud Home devices is a single color, white. It is either on, off
or blinks with a certain rhythm to indicate a specific “System Condition”. A “System
Condition” list is outlined below in Table 1.2.
