MyCloud failing to connect online - data inaccessible

MyCloud is failing to connect and go online. Have tried with new network router and all devices disconnected from the router with no success. Both green lights behind the ethernet port in the MyCloud light up and front light is lit as well (white).

Device does not connect online and computer on the network is unable to locate the drive.

MyCloud app is also showing the device is offline.

How can I resolve this and have the device back online without doing a complete factory reset deleting all the data I have stored in there. I have also attempted to do a quick reset but no luck either.
