MyCloud EX4 No showing correct capacity/Power LED is RED

I have an EX4 with (4) 4tb drives configured as raid 5. The newest replacement drive is a WD Red Plus which formatted fine and came online as it should and became part of the raid configuration. When I was browsing the other day, the information screen states 28.0 tbs free. there is only 16tb in the unit .
Any and all help is greatly appreciated, I have also noticed the power led is solid red, but all drives are blue .

Yes, waiting for a reply, but no hurry, it is still formatting the drives, hopefully will be complete tomorrow am.

After reformatting the drives and resetting up shares and users it appears to have corrected the issue with the solid red power light. I am still concerned the LED reads 11.8t free space after I have restored almost 1tb. Windows shows the correct free space but the ex4 does not.
