MyCloud EX4 can't find the hard drives

last week I move home. After that my MyCloud EX4 can’t find the hard drivers which I never take out from MyCloud EX4. Now looks lick the MyCloud EX4 and the hard drivers all broke. I need some help please.
And another question if I want to create a Support Case, how should I enter the Firmware Ver. ?

If you do not know the exact firmware revision you are currently then it’s best not to use a revision at all. Otherwise, if you had automatic updates enabled then you can input the latest firmware revision (2.11.140).

It always show: Please enter a valid model number.
