Hello,

I purchase an unit of MyCloud EX2 Ultra, 4TB I am very happy with this product.

I try to share a folder with other person and I received this error:

Unknown error. Retry your last operation. If the error persists, contact WD Support for assistance. (200000) [Erro desconhecido, Tente novamente a última operação. Se o erro persistir, entre em contato com o suporte da WD para obter ajuda (200000)]

Can you help me?

I can create the share link if I use my iPhone by the MyCloud App.

Why can’t I creat by my Laptop (Windows 10)?

Are you trying to share files using the My Cloud Desktop Application or from mycloud.com ?
