Mycloud Ex2 ultra cannot open from browser

Hi Guys,

I have MyCloud Ex2 Ultra 4TB and connected to LAN which is have 2 VLAN. VLAN 6 and VLAN 5, recently i setup NAS on VLAN 5, the problem is i could not open NAS from browser through VLAN 6, but from windows explorer and test ping ok ( no problem ). Could you advise me about this ?

Hi,

I haven’t try this yet as WD does not support VLAN. Let’s see if any of the users can share some advice about it.
