MyCloud EX2 Ultra - Cannot connect for one user on one computer

I have a MyCloud EX2 Ultra issue which is seriously doing my head in. Its a home installation.

We have two Windows 10 computers, PC and LAPTOP which both connect via WIFI to router, to which the WD MyCloud is connected by cable via a TP-Link. We then have two users, me, and my wife, who use bot computers. The main difference in user setup is I am an Admin and she is a regular user on both PC and LAPTOP.

On the PC, we can both access the MyCloud without issue via a drive mapping. However on the Laptop, I can access the MyCloud but my wife cannot for some reason.

The error I am getting is “Microsoft Windows Network: The Local Device Name is already in use”

What may be relevant here, is that on the PC the MyCloud comes up as a Computer only where as on the LAPTOP its showing up as a Storage Device.

I have compared all of the settings which seem relevant and they are the same. I have googled the above error and there was a suggestion to delete the MountPoints2 key which I have done.
