MyCloud disconnects periodically

Yes, every so often…usually once or twice a month, MYCloud will not connect and I have to reboot it in order for it to connect again. I’m not shutting the device down nor does the internet shut down, so does anyone know why this would happen?

are you using DHCP or static IP. Static is prefeered so try this if not already using it

what FW version?

what are you using to connect to the mycloud?
