MyCloud Connection

I cannot log in to my device and keep getting the following error message:
“The server encountered an unexpected error which prevented it from completing your request. Please close this window and start the sign in process again.”
I’ve checked that the driver is correctly installed and the firmware is up to date. My computer detects the device and there is a good internet connection.
Any ideas please?
