MyCloud.com access since FW update

Hi Guys,

I have 2 mycloud NAS connected to my home network. Since i updated the FW i have been unable to access to 2TB device via the mycloud.com webpage. I can still access the 3TB device via the webpage. Both are reachable via the WD apps on my ipad and iphone. Both have the same settings other than the obvious ip address etc.

i have tried reboot and full hard power reset and still i am unable to see the 2TB device on the web page.

Anyone have any idea’s??? These have been working perfectly for quite some time!!

Perhaps it would be best to contact WD Support about this. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.
