MyCloud cannot upgrade to 2.31.195 by auto or manual way.
It show ‘0%’ and just ‘%’ after that. You can view the video to know more details.
Can I upgrade by ssh or another way?

As they say “back up your files first.” This is espeically true because getting files off a bricked MyCloud is not straightforward.
This is (mostly) untested but you can try the following:
ssh sshd@wdmycloud.local mkdir -p /usr/local/upload
ssh sshd@wdmycloud.local rm /usr/local/upload/*
scp ./path/to/My_Cloud_GLCR_2.31.195.bin sshd@wdmycloud.local:/usr/local/upload/firmware
ssh sshd@wdmycloud.local /usr/sbin/fw_upgrade /usr/local/upload/firmware
Ignore the error from cp that /usr/local/upload/firmware and /usr/local/upload/firmware is the same file.
You may need to replace wdmycloud.local
with the IP address of your MyCloud

Magically, when I open MyCloud Dashboard again, it was upgraded successfully so I guess WD was upgraded in background and does not show any information until finishing.
Thank you so much for your support.
Hi! Can I tag something on this thread?
My Cloud is trying to upgrade to 2.31.195.0829.2019 everytime I start my PC.
It says its been successful but does it again the next day!
I’ve tried manually installing from downloaded file but still keeps doing it!

In my case a restart of the Mycloud helped.
