MyCloud Cannot access Dashboard

Hi,
I try access my MyCloud using http://wdmycloudmirror/ at web browser. when enter username and password, the website do nothing. there is an error said not secure and i check it mention it is problem with SSL cert which is I dont know why. I tried many others web browser but still cannot access. I also tried using https , but still not solve the problem

However, I can access using IP address via folder access.

Please help me, because there is a important folder i need to access right now

Are you using a Windows, Apple or other computer? Does your device have OS3 or OS5?

Do you want to open the Dashboard or get to a file?
